Obesity: Victimizing many

The modern food habits are all potential enough to boost obesity.

Lack of enough physical movement, has a key role in giving rise to obesity. The world of technology and globalization, has left almost no room for physical exercises. Even if any such exercises are seen they are confined to the few who either go to zym or have a zym in their house. Again these zyms also fail to serve the purpose because of the kind of jobs we do. In most cases people go to bed late night after having done their pending tasks. As such they fail to rise early in the morning. Even if they dare to wake up early this would result in insomnia.

The worst of all these, is that even children, who are the future citizens, are made to follow the same footprints.

EAT ENOUGH LIVE ENOUGH

Gone are the days when our ancestors lived in a world of nature. They ate what nature gave them. Nevertheless, their food was a balanced diet, though not deliberate. They did not get the balanced-diet written on a prescription by having sought a doctor. Things descended from their forefathers, as posterity. On the other hand, we live in a world of artifice that is a creation of ours. Our world repletes with machine tools and junk food. We feed on oily and spicy food products. It would not be an exaggeration if we call the oily food products small oil packets. These small oil packets comprise bonda, pakoda, puri, fryums, kurkure, deeply fried chicken and fish. When these food items are mulled with spice, they make matters worse. While these food items illustrate a small range of food products, there are many others that have a lion's share. Noodles, pizza, samosa, hot chat, variouw puffs, processed packed foods etc.
Junk foods are not actually delicious but deliciously camouflaged. These foods are actually diseases that are disguised and intrude, not only our body but also our observation and wisdom that has become vulnerable. This is why a number of heart diseases, diabetis, ulcer and ailments pertaining to liver and  kidneys are reported across the countries that are enticed to such food habits.  Drinking inadequate amount of water adds fuel to fire. Some other problems that arise are piles and constipation.Obesity has been  an another invader in modern times.

It is time we realised the importance of a sound health and also the dangers of consuming the luscious danger. Though the nutritious food does not taste very delicious, it leaves us healthy and gives
immunity. Further, the good health becomes an abode for a healthy mind. Limited good food with enough physical exercise shall ensure a sound health.
