System is a plant.

The metaphor that 'system is a plant' is true in the sense that it grows and spreads. It bears fruits both useful and harmful.
Like a plant, system too grows into a huge size.

It is sarcastic that we take care of pruning plants but not the system and work culture we have created, the system that has given rise to stress and health problems.

How to prune a young tree.

Let’s not become a slave to the system we have created. Instead let an ideal system be created out of the existing one  whichwould assure good health and peace of mind.

Is our system ruling us tyrannically ?

Man has created the very system we live in. The irony is that we have become slaves to the system we have created for ourselves.

Where have we gone wrong ?

The mistake lies in not checking the system while propagating it ?

                                                We do not care

to rethink and check the
wild thought that creates
 a system that strangles
 our peace and wisdom.

Man It is the very system that has compelled us into the life style that affects our health and hygiene.

Modern life and work robbing health

Modern life has left little room for vitality and vigour.

Slowly but surely, most of us are going to end up in poor health that could be vulnerable to a number of ailments and diseases.

Is our body becoming an abode of diseases ?

Is our body becoming an abode of diseases ?

Who is responsible for this ?

Can’t we strike a balance between work culture and health management ?

Which corners of the work culture do need modification ?

The question is whether we are serious about these questions ?

Enough sleep, enough food and enough work

Enough sleep, enough food and enough work would certainly ensure a sound health.

It is not merely the quantity of food that one should take  care of. It is the nutrients and minerals contained in the food products that ensure a sound health.
A balanced diet should be taken by an individual who has health concern.

One should resist the temptation of getting used to fast foods or food that is o fried and mulled.

A vegetarian can maintain a good health by substituting eggs, meat and fish with food that comprises rice, roti, green leafy vegetables , milk etc. Fruits should be taken regularly.

Minimum physical work is needed each day to keep the body fit and free from fats getting accumulated.

One needs to have an exposure to nature every day despite the hectic schedule that confines the majority of the world population to the four walls of the room meant either for bureaucracy or for study.
Globalization has tethered professionals to the room life. It is here where the professionals are compelled to spend all the time from sunrise to sunset.
Even students too, are not an exception to this. The modern system of study has left them almost no time to play or undergo physical activities. Occasional games and sports have become a sort of festival to them. It is  an irony that games and sports are conducted to prevent games from falling into oblivion.

An exposure to the beauty of nature each day, has a beneficent effect on the viewer.

The MNC and corporate culture and system, has left the globizens confined to the taboos of artifice. Either by will of compulsion, the artificial sources are everything to them. Continued detachment has habituated them to the life that is entirely deprived of  nature.

Neither do eat too little nor do glutton

Leash your urge to eat too much or to keep eating all the time one thing or the other.

Health is wealth

Are you bothered about your health ?

Then neither should you take insufficient food nor should you take beyond needed.

Eating too much does invite several problems. The habit is another way of wasting food resources.

All food no work makes Jack an obese boy.

Obese people : A one in two average

Obese people : At greater alzheimer’s  risk

Hence, eat not to invite obesity but eat until you get rid of hunger.
